PARTICIPANT SUBMISSIONS UPLOAD

NOTE: If you do not have a Google account, you will need to sign up for one to complete this process.

YOU WILL BE ASKED TO UPLOAD THE FOLLOWING:

• Solo Performer or Group Photo must be a separate file from biography; high resolution; portrait [tall] orientation for soloists, landscape [wide] for duets, small and large ensembles.
• Solo Performer or Group Biography Must be 100 words minimum and 300 words maximum for solo performers and small ensembles. Must be 300 words minimum and 500 words maximum for large groups.
• Director Photo (for groups) must be a separate file from biography; high resolution; portrait [tall] orientation (optional for soloists and small ensembles)
• Director Biography (for groups) Must be 300 words minimum and 500 words maximum. (optional for soloists and small ensembles)
• Group Roster Choirs please list by voicing, bands please list by instrument. Small ensembles and JR&B groups may list by voicing or instrumentation.
• Repertoire (Note: Bands and choirs may indicate, “To be selected from” then list selections.)
• Festival Ensemble Participation Forms (FORM A)  This is for participants who will join these ensembles. All participants are highly encouraged to join to maximize the benefits the festival has to offer and engage in the full festival experience
